Once your appointment has been booked, please ensure that:

Medical aid / non-cash patients: Obtain an Authorisation Number from your medical aid or GP before your appointment(Our Practice Number is 0055522 and the Procedure Code is 0192).

Glucose meter: If you use a glucose meter, please bring it with you to your appointment.

Medication: Please bring a current list of all your medication.

Blood tests: You will receive a request for the required blood tests. Please have these tests done at a laboratory of your choice at least 24 hours before your appointment so that the results are available for your consultation.
